How to download or print Help center content
The SOS Inventory Help center provides several ways to download and/or print the web pages housed in it.
To access this menu of options, select themore_verticon in the upper right corner of the web page, which opens the menu (see the screenshot at the bottom of the page as a reference). The icon operates as a toggle, so you can click the menu to close it—or simply click on the current web page.
Print page. This option provides a basic, unpolished choice that does not retain the text formatting used on the web version of the Help Center. All screenshots included on the web page are preserved. If you just need a quick printout of a topic to use temporarily as a reference (for example, while completing a series of steps to set up a cart connection) and do not care about text formatting, this may be a perfectly suitable option for you.
Save page as PDF. The formatting used for Save page as PDF is more polished than Print Page. Save page as PDF preserves most of the web version formatting. The PDF can be downloaded and printed if desired.
Save site as PDF. This downloadable and printable document includes all content housed in the SOS Inventory Help Center. The PDF’s professional look preserves most formatting of the web version. The Table of Contents includes a clickable link for each topic that goes to its appropriate page within the body of the PDF. A link included within the body of a topic, however, will connect online. If you prefer to print a hard copy of the entire PDF or a section of it (such as the user guide only), the Table of Contents includes page numbers you can use as a reference for the printed version. Please allow a few minutes for the system to create an online copy of the PDF.
