V8 - Negative inventory
By default, SOS allows negative inventory. If you do not want the system to allow negative inventory, go to the Inventory Settings page (Settings menu > Inventory settings) and uncheck the option Don’t ask about negative inventory.
edit_noteNOTE: If you are using the Sales settings, Auto-ship invoices or Auto-ship sales receipts—or the Inventory setting Auto-build assemblies—enabling any of these will override the Don't ask about negative inventory setting, and SOS Inventory will allow items to go into negative inventory when those functions are used.
