V9 - Account information

Account management functions are found under Company > Account information. The key administrative information related to your account is listed here.

The Account information page includes the following:

• Account number. Your organization's account number with SOS Inventory. This number is also prominently displayed in the Company menu dropdown.
• Subscription expiration. Specifies the end date of your monthly or annual subscription. This date is also when the next charge will be made to your credit card.
• Payment method. Specifies the credit card information to be used for automatic billing.
• Cancellation. This option appears if a credit card is on file in the account.
• Plan. Indicates whether your business is on the Companion, Plus, or Pro plan.
• Current charges. Charges for the current billing cycle.
• Annual billing or Monthly billing. Indicates the billing cycle type for your company. This can be changed if desired. 
• Payment history. Provides a record of billing receipts in PDF format.
• Terms of service. Links to SOS Inventory's Terms of Service on our main website, sosinventory.com.
