V9 - Fulfillment setting descriptions
Fulfillment settings include those for shipments and pick tickets.
Shipment setting descriptions
Go to Tools & settings > Configuration > Fulfillment > Shipments to establish your Shipment settings.
Auto-build assemblies. Builds assemblies automatically when creating a shipment. Builds top-level assemblies only, not all levels of a multi-level assembly.
Bill of lading footer. The text to be displayed at the bottom of every bill of lading.
Default cc for shipments. If an email address is entered, the recipient will be copied on all emailed shipments.
Packing slip footer. Text to be displayed at the bottom of every packing slip.
Packing slip message. The body of the email message to be sent with your packing slips. Do not use HTML.
Packing slip Reply-To. The email address where you will receive replies to your packing slip emails.
Packing slip title. Change this value if a different title (for example, Packing List) is desired when printing or emailing shipments. The title should not be more than 50 characters.
Ship from address of location. By default, SOS displays the company header information on a packing slip. Enable this setting to use the address of the location from which you are shipping instead. Note that this also determines the company name and address shown on shipment quick views.
Shipment numbering. Allows you to enter a prefix that will be automatically attached before all system-generated shipment transaction reference numbers, as well as to set or reset the number used on the next shipment transaction. Both fields are optional. You can always enter the transaction number manually when creating or editing a transaction.
Show on packing slips - Customer email address. Enable this setting to display the customer's email address on packing slips.
Show on packing ships - Customer phone number. Enable this setting to display the customer's phone number on packing slips.
Show warranty on serial units. Enable this setting to show warranty information next to serial numbers on packing slips.
Pick ticket setting descriptions
Go to Tools & settings > Configuration > Fulfillment > Pick tickets to establish your Pick ticket settings.
Default cc for pick tickets. If an email address is entered, the recipient will be copied on all emailed pick tickets.
Pick ticket footer. Text to be displayed at the bottom of every pick ticket.
Pick ticket message. The body of the email message to be sent with your pick tickets. Do not use HTML.
Pick ticket numbering.
