V9 - Logging in and out of SOS Inventory

To access SOS Inventory, your SOS administrator must set up an SOS Inventory account for you.

 

Logging in to SOS Inventory

 

• Sign in with SOS login credentials. 
  • Choose either of the following:
    • Sign in via the main SOS Inventory website. Go to sosinventory.com and click the Login button on the top menu of the screen. This will take you to the V9 login page.
    • Sign in directly via the V9 login page. Go to app.sosinventory.com.
  • Once you are on the login page, enter your SOS Inventory email and password. The password will be different from your QuickBooks password. Then select the Sign in button.
     
• Sign in with Intuit (QuickBooks Online). 
  • On the SOS Inventory login page, select the Sign in with Intuit button to sign in using your QuickBooks login credentials.
  • If you are already logged in to QuickBooks, SOS Inventory will log you in automatically. Otherwise, enter your Intuit username and password to log in.
  • Your SOS and QuickBooks Online email address must be the same.

 

Resetting a forgotten password

If you don’t know your password:

 

1. Click the I forgot my password link on the login page.
2. A window will display asking for your email address.
3. Click on Request reset to receive an email instructing you to click on a link to the Password recovery page.
4. Enter a new password, and then confirm it by entering it again.
5. Select Change password.

 

Logging out of SOS Inventory

To sign out of SOS Inventory, go to the User menu (on the far right corner of the Task bar) and select the Sign out option.
