Why don't the Sales tax, Discount, and Shipping fields show in my sales transactions?
For Sales tax, it is because the Sales Tax Center has not been established in QuickBooks Online. For Discount and Shipping, these options must be enabled in your QuickBooks Online Company Settings to have them appear on transactions in SOS.
