The process for changing your password depends on whether you wish to change a password you know or need to reset a password that you have forgotten.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the SOS Inventory login page (for V9,
app.sosinventory.com; for V8,
live.sosinventory.com) and select
I forgot my password. Enter the email address associated with your SOS Inventory account. SOS will ask you to enter the answer to the security question you provided in your
User settings (V9) or
User profile (V8). If your answer matches the answer in the system, you will be taken to your User Profile page, where you can enter your new password, using Steps 3-5 as indicated above.
