Sync error: Enter a transaction amount that is 0 or greater

This sync error indicates that SOS Inventory is trying to send a transaction to QuickBooks Online with a balance less than zero. The cause can be:

• An invoice or a sales receipt with a total less than zero.
• A bill or purchase from an item receipt or a purchase order with a total less than zero.
