V8 - Account info


 

Account management functions are found under Company menu > AdminAccount info. The key administrative information related to your account is listed here.

 

The Account info page includes the following:

 

  • Subscription expiration. Specifies the end date of your monthly or annual subscription. This date is also when the next charge will be made to your credit card.
  • Payment method. Specifies the credit card information to be used for automatic billing.
  • Plan. Indicates whether your business is on the Companion, Plus or Pro plan.
  • Current charges. Charges for the current billing cycle.
  • Annual billing or Monthly billing. Indicates the billing cycle type for your company. This can be changed if desired. 
  • Payment history. Provides a record of billing receipts.

 

Changing your subscription plan

You can change your subscription plan at any time by changing the Plan field on the Account info page.

 

A link also allows you to select an annual plan, which saves you the cost of approximately two months of service each year. Restrictions on this policy do exist, so make sure you are familiar with our Terms of service.

 

Canceling your SOS Inventory subscription

Only the master administrator for your SOS Inventory account can cancel your company's subscription.  To cancel, perform the following steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings > QuickBooks setup. This will take you to the QuickBooks sync settings page.

  2. In the Disconnect option, select Remove connection to QuickBooks.

  3. Select Confirm disconnect.

  4. On the Company menu, select Account info.

  5. Click on link to Remove payment information.

  6. If desired, provide the reason for cancellation.

  7. Select Cancel subscription.

 

warningIMPORTANT: Unless otherwise requested, the content and files contained in your account will be deleted 30 days after the expiration of your subscription.
