V8 - Pick ticket and shipment field descriptions
Custom fields may appear on pick ticket or shipment transactions, depending on how each field has been defined. If present, a section containing custom fields is below the standard SOS data fields. The fields will be of the input format and value that you have defined.
Add lines. Click to add additional lines to the transaction. The number of lines to be added by default can be specified on the Company Settings page.
Add order. Adds the items on a sales order or sales receipt to a pick ticket or shipment transaction. If other open sales orders or sales receipts for the same customer exist, they will be listed in the Add order field dropdown. Select the desired sales order or sales receipt, then click the Add button to import the items from that transaction into the pick ticket or shipment. The ability to import items from multiple sales orders and sales receipts can be used only when creating the pick ticket or shipment. Once the transaction has been saved, a new pick ticket or shipment must be created.
