How is the default shipping address set for purchase orders?

First make sure that the desired shipping address is defined as a location in SOS Inventory. Go to the Locations list (Company Menu > Locations) and add or edit the location as needed to specify the proper address. Go to Settings Menu > Purchasing Settings. Look for the option Default Ship-To Location for POs, select the desired location, then save.
