I am getting a Stale Object error. How do I fix it?
This error usually occurs if you change an object (such as an item, customer, vendor, transaction, etc.) in QuickBooks Online and change the same object in SOS Inventory between syncs.

Go to the Sync Queue page in SOS Inventory (Sync > Preview Sync). The first record in the list will be the one that is holding up your sync to QuickBooks Online.

Go to the above-noted object and take note of its contents so that you may make the changes again (in Step 4).

Go back to the Sync Queue page and remove the top object from the list. Click Sync to sync with QuickBooks Online.

Go back to the object viewed in Step 2. Make any needed changes and sync with QuickBooks Online. This should address the problem.
