I am getting an “Unknown error from QuickBooks Online.” What does that mean?

This error usually happens due to communication issues during the sync, such as a timeout condition if you are syncing a lot of data. If you have automatic sync on, SOS will resume when it is time to sync again. Otherwise, do a manual sync to resume.
